firm, Avis Caravello decided to create a unique search firm
that specializes in successfully placing attorneys with the
Bay Area's leading firms and corporations. For over a decade
she has earned a reputation as one of the state’s leading
recruitment consultants. Her commitment to quality and her
dedication to finding the perfect match promote a professional
and successful search process, one that has proved a positive
and satisfactory experience for those involved.
Ms. Caravello received her B.A., cum laude, from Boston College
and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She is
a member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants
(NALSC) and was nominated to serve on the Association’s Board
of Directors. She is a frequent speaker on attorney recruiting
and is active in the Bay Area legal community. She has been
a member of Queen's Bench and has served as Chairperson of
the organization's Employment Committee. She has also served
as a mentor for the Women of Stanford Law Mentor Program.
